Jeff Insco

President & Executive Creative Director

Jeff is UPBrand’s fearless leader and the guy who holds us all together. He is a veteran brand strategist, experienced researcher, and award winning writer/producer with 23 years of service for B2B, B2C and Non-profits—from start-ups to category leaders and Fortune 100 companies. After a decade at NYC agencies, he’s been based in St. Louis since 2001. 

Among his many talents, Jeff is an accomplished singer/songwriter. On occasion, he can be heard wailing away from his office. A coincidence that he scheduled a holiday party on a karaoke bus? We think not.

Lynn Ullman

Vice President, Creative Director

An innate artist and divergent thinker, Lynn is an award-winning designer and experienced marketing professional. A St. Louis industry veteran, she’s had a 30-year career in branding, advertising, interactive, and promotions. As VP Creative Director at UPBrand, her passion and leadership in design thinking and visual communication continuously inspire a team of exceptional designers and marketers.

Lynn is an avid doodler and has filled dozens of notebooks with beautiful drawings dating back to her childhood. She is kept very busy with her 13 year-old son and shares his appetite for movies, comedy, comic art, and (occasionally) video games.

McKenzie Telthorst

Vice President, Brand Management

McKenzie loves untying knots, both physically and mentally. Whether it’s a rebranding project, a complete digital overhaul or social media campaign, McKenzie expertly navigates complex projects and leads the team to get maximum results. In over a decade of client service, she has built a reputation for partnering with her clients, helping them to overcome their biggest challenges with insight-driven, strategic solutions. 

We often tell McKenzie she could have pursued a career in stand-up comedy, but we’re secretly glad she didn’t. When she's not trying to make people laugh, she enjoys binging on TV shows and movies, singing musical soundtracks at the top of her lungs and eating guacamole.

Rommel Medrano

Vice President, Integrated Marketing

With an MBA in Marketing, Rommel has amassed nearly 30 years of professional marketing experience with proven skills in integrated marketing, branding, strategy development & implementation, research, media planning, idea genesis and account management. 

Beyond a tireless passion for ever-improving his marketing skills, Rommel's true fire stems directly from his wife Laura of 11 years, his 7-year-old daughter, Mila, and his 5-year-old son, Ivan.
