We are seeking a smart and savvy Digital Campaign Manager to join our growing team and contribute to the seamless execution of digital marketing campaigns and projects for a diverse range of clients. As a key player on our Digital team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of digital campaigns, ensuring flawless execution and delivering measurable results.
As a Digital Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for:
Campaign Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Google Ads, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and more.
- Define clear campaign objectives, identify target audiences, and create effective segmentation strategies to maximize campaign impact.
- Gather campaign data from various sources to facilitate monthly reporting.
Conversion Tracking and Optimization:
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using tools like Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate measurement of campaign performance. Continuously optimize campaigns based on data and insights.
Paid Advertising Management:
- Set up, launch, manage and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and bid management.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze campaign performance data, generate insightful reports, and provide actionable recommendations for ongoing optimization. Ensure campaigns meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Work closely with internal teams, including Brand Management, PROPS (Production & Operations) and Creative to align campaigns with overall business goals and ensure seamless execution.
- Collaborate with the PROPS team and Digital team to ensure flawless execution of all digital projects within specified timelines and budgets.
- Conduct daily check-ins across campaign platforms, monitoring budgets and performance, and escalating concerns to the Digital Strategist.
Stay Informed on Industry Trends:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies. Proactively identify and test new platforms and strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of professional experience in a Digital Campaign Management role (Agency experience preferred).
- Possess or willing to obtain a Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) certification.
- Experience working with Google Ads, Meta Ads and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Lead generation and full funnel marketing experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with a desire to self-motivate and meet strict deadlines.
- Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to quickly identify alternatives.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Openness to feedback and willingness to adjust accordingly.

Nice to Have
- Experience with Supermetrics, Basecamp, WordPress, SharpSpring or CRM platforms
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Advertising, Communications, or Business, preferred.
