We are looking for a Business Development Operations Specialist  to join our team. This individual will be primarily focused on growth marketing, sales enablement, and supporting the strategic positioning of the Agency. This individual plays a crucial role in aligning sales efforts with organizational goals, ensuring they have the necessary tools, knowledge, and support to succeed.


The successful candidate will be an organized marketing professional with experience defining and executing demand-generation initiatives.




Sales Enablement Leadership: 

  • Work closely with both the Founding Partner and President to develop and deploy content, sales messaging, processes, and tools to support the pre-sales activities of the sales and account management teams.
  • Champion the creation of sales enablement materials, including presentation decks, sell-sheets, and other collateral.

Customer Journey Development:

  • Collaborate with agency leadership to develop the customer journey from lead generation to close, focusing on metrics, messaging, positioning, and overall strategy.
  • Implement and manage lead nurturing and lead scoring initiatives.

Marketing Strategy:

  • Manage relationships with social and performance marketing resources, including SEO/SEM strategies.
  • Execute a content strategy, creating collateral such as white papers, case studies, and other materials to support sales efforts.

Analysis and Reporting:

  • Develop quarterly case studies, market studies, and competitor analyses to inform marketing and sales strategies.
  • Conduct analysis of workflow, lead nurturing, and lead scoring to optimize campaigns.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the brand voice and ensure consistent implementation across channels.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with high-profile clients and internal/external business parties, requiring excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.


Digital Campaign Manager

We are seeking a smart and savvy Digital Campaign Manager to join our growing team and contribute to the seamless execution of digital marketing campaigns and projects for a diverse range of clients. As a key player on our Digital team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of digital campaigns, ensuring flawless execution and delivering measurable results.


As a Digital Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for:


Campaign Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Google Ads, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Define clear campaign objectives, identify target audiences, and create effective segmentation strategies to maximize campaign impact.
  • Gather campaign data from various sources to facilitate monthly reporting.


Conversion Tracking and Optimization:

  • Set up and manage conversion tracking using tools like Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate measurement of campaign performance. Continuously optimize campaigns based on data and insights.


Paid Advertising Management:

  • Set up, launch, manage and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and bid management.


Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze campaign performance data, generate insightful reports, and provide actionable recommendations for ongoing optimization. Ensure campaigns meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).


Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

  • Work closely with internal teams, including Brand Management, PROPS (Production & Operations) and Creative to align campaigns with overall business goals and ensure seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with the PROPS team and Digital team to ensure flawless execution of all digital projects within specified timelines and budgets.
  • Conduct daily check-ins across campaign platforms, monitoring budgets and performance, and escalating concerns to the Digital Strategist.


Stay Informed on Industry Trends:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies. Proactively identify and test new platforms and strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
