5 Easy Ways to Break Routine

If you’re a human being, you have a routine. If you’re like me, you have several that work together in a system on a daily basis. One for how you brush your teeth, one for the path your take to work and even one for what you eat for breakfast. Mess that system up and everything feels out of whack. That unfamiliarity makes us feel uncomfortable.
I’m here to tell you that breaking some of your routines can be a good thing and can actually help you get back into your comfort zone. One of the most powerful aspects of having a routine, is the ability to break it. Take those broken pieces and make something new. Here are 5 ways that I break my own.
