Learning to Juggle
By Christian Lindsey
I learned how to juggle when I was 10 years old. My goal was not to join the circus or be the entertainment of a party. It was to start something difficult with the goal of finishing it. I knew it would be hard. I knew I would fail. Instead of being scared I went full force into learning with nothing but a goal in mind.
Turns out, I failed for 3 months. But, through that failure, I would learn the steps that lead to being a juggler takes a process. The process is the most important part of learning and accomplishing anything. Much in the same way that this specific process helped me learn to juggle, a process also helps us create great work on a daily basis. To learn more about that process, and how strategy and creative live together, check out our Approach page.
